BROWNIE RELLENO

Como sabrán soy una fanática perdida del dulce de leche, asid ue si voy a hacer brownie, que sea relleno y si es con dulce, mejor aun ;)


INGREDIENTES PARA EL BROWNIE:

300 GR DE MANTECA

100 GR DE CHOCOLATE

400 GR DE AZÚCAR

4 HUEVOS

200 GR DE HARINA

200 GR DE CACAO

500 gr de dulce de leche



PROCEDIEMIENTO:

Derretir la manteca junto con el chocolate a baño María, agregarle el caco y revolver. Por otro lado mezclar el azúcar con el huevo, batir hasta que doble el volumen. Unir con el chocolate y por ultimo incorporar el harina de forma envolvente. Colocar en una asadera rectangular, previamente enmantada, la mitad de la preparación, llevar a frio durante 30 minutos, sacar del frezzer colocarle el dulce de leche con la ayuda de una cuchara, luego colcoarle el resto de la mezcla de brownie que no estaba en frio, por arriba y ahora al directo al horno, Cocinar a 180 grados durante 40 minutos.
