Esta receta va a pasar a ser la perdición d toda familia, lo aviso con anticipación ! Y si lo quieres hacer aun mas pocho, podes hacer lo mismo con papa !
INGREDIENTES:
3 BONIATOS
150 GR DE CHEDDAR
150 GR DE CREMA DE LECHE
AJO
HUMO LÍQUIDO
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Pelar los boniatos, luego con el mismo pela-papa hacer tiras con el boniato, tipo lascas. Fritarlo en aceite súper caliente durante un minuto, secar con papel absorbente una vez que salieron de la freidora.
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA SALSA:
Cortar en pequeños cubos el queso. Llevar al fuego bien bajo en una olla, la crema de leche, el queso y los condimentos (ajo, pimienta, Tabasco y humo liquido), revolver constantemente durante unos 15 minutos, mientras que el queso se derrite y la crema rompe hervor. Nos damos cuenta que esta salsa esta pronta cuando el queso esta derretido y no se ven trozos en la salsa.
